We collect and publish the IP addresses of any genuine unsuspecting participant who wishes to use the forum for their pleasure and/or leisure. We threaten gullible correspondents that we will snitch their most personal details to the highest authority of the internet police, who will thence swoop upon their home, armed with a big black helicopter and a winch and confiscate their hard-drives in the name of free speech. We need to recoup our costs, so we ask for a donation. Live with it. If you want free speech then you must pay for it. Yeah, that’s the American Way, live with it. You want privacy, there’s no such thing; we just hang you up to dry and laugh in your face. Live with it. We mess with gullible heads cause we just do. That is our way. Live with it.

XXXXXXXXXX is your bog standard TROLL and XXXXXXXXX is the 'CONCERN TROLL'

Is it the same person using multiple-usernames? There's no law against that. Certainly looks that way. Although XXXXXXXX pretended to be 'concerned' about XXXXXXXXX post - when it actually looks like it’s from the same IP address.
